Wood Burning Fireplace Insert 2 25 cu. ft. This large wood burning insert heats approximately 1,000 to 2,000 sq. ft. It features a thermostatic, variable-speed blower system using two “Whisper Quiet” blowers to heat the room. The EPI-1402 is approved for use in both masonry and manufactured fireplaces, and meets EPA requirements for emissions. The minimum fireplace opening required is 26Â? w x 22Â? h x 14Â? d. A 6Â? flue assures efficient, economical installations. This unit has an option of a black or gold plated arched door with a large viewing area (sold separately).
