| I bought one of these as a present for my husband. It vacuums fine. However, it has a good sized dent in the lower back, where the I.D. plate is, though it was well packed. That means it was already dented when they put it in the box. The dent prevents the cord from being retracted, so it dangles helplessly out the back. I specifically chose this model so I could leave in on the fireplace hearth since it is better looking that all the rest I saw. I emailed the seller weeks ago and I have not heard one word from them-not even that they acknowledged receiving my email. I am still waiting for some kind of answer as to options for fixing it. |
